Forgot about the Prius and Hiace.

I thought Japan had a different Corolla/Auris built and styled for their own market?

AFAIK they have different engines, a 1.5 litre and a 1.8 litre petrol engine(and thats all), and I think they Jap cars still have the indicators on the wrong side, and their cars are limited to 180 km/h of course but thats about it,ithey are the same car otherwise.

Edit: I'm after finding out that BMWs M47TU2(the 4 pot model) will be soon available with 2 turbos similar fashion to the 535/335d(and 204 bhp too), anyone what models will get this engine and what the badging will be? The 125d for instance?

They do, but the first batches of them were built in Japan, before the factory in Turkey was set up for them. Auris 3 door is now built in Turkey too. we just know by the chassis numbers.
