Buy showerhead and hose only?

Hi,

we got a new bathroom suite delivered last week. It was part of a package deal that included mixer taps and shower head with the bath.

The taps are fine, but the hose and showerhead are very light plastic sprayed silver - we thought it was going to be chrome, so want to change it.

Don't want to buy a whole mixer tap unit with showerhead as the bath taps match the sink taps for the suite. Does anyone know if it is possible to buy a chrome showerhead and hose only? Also, are they standard sizes i.e. do they just screw into the mixer taps?
