Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Check the sent messages box, outbox, mms messages and drafts. you might have received a phone someone else sent back.

factory reset. if that doesn't work and you happen to have a data cable, update the phone's software. if not, bring it back to where you bought it. back up any data before updating the software or bringing it back because it will be lost. its not really designed to be user-serviceable

probably but if there's a software glitch in your phone there's not much you can do turn it off and on, do a factory reset or upgrade the software.
