Renault Trafic Wont Start

    Posting for a friend:

    Friend has a Renault Trafic that won't start, Two of the warning lights are not lighting when the key is in and turned on. They are lights 9 on the instrument panel, the electronic fault indicator light and the STOP light. Theye are the two lights under the fuel light on the dash. Apparently they should light up on start.

    Does anyone know what would cause these lights not to come on and how to fix them.
