Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I have bought a new bill phone with vodafone. Does anyone know how often they update their myvodafone section of their website so I can check my unbilled calls?

    Not sure - but you can check unbilled calls by calling 1907 and following the IVR (you have to verify that you are who you are by keying in a code (last 4 digits of your customer number)) - it will be on your first bill or a CSR will give it to you.

    my vodafone and ivr will have the unbilled calls in the same time frame, usually a few days (4-5) after the call/text etc was completed.
