Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Dundalk play Wexford Youths in what should be a pretty straightforward game for the lilywhites. Its the best attacking team against the worst defensive outfit so all would seem to point to a cosy Dundalk victory.

I reckon it'll be 3-0 tonight and Dundalks relentless march back to the Premier League shall continue. 6/5 for HT-FT looks a steal.

4-0 to Dundalk in the end. Good result for the lads, not so good for Pigheads HT-FT bet, with all 4 goals coming in the 2nd half. Bugger! Ah well, at least they didn't lose.

    Were Wexford any use?

To be honest, they weren't great. In fairness to them they ran their little hearts out in the first half and hustled and harried Dundalk every time they got on the ball. (In saying that it should have been at least 2-0 at half time, Dundalk hit a post and had a shot cleared off the line)

In the 2nd half the boys were wrecked from all their first half running and it was easy in the end. Think they had a couple of injuries last night so maybe they're a bit better than that. Still reckon they'll finish in the bottom 2 though though.

    That march is relentless alright.

Shels have a 'home' game against Limerick 37 this evening, in poxy Whitehall while the grass re-grows at TP.

It doesn't matter how many Shels score this evening, as most of the websites will report it as :

    Shels X - 37 Limerick

Really looking forward to tonight's "home" game.

I reckon we'll nick it by the odd goal in seventy-five.

    Very true.

Some teams have even had problems getting their bus past the place. :D

Still see the league as an open one.

July will be a big month when the transfer window opens. Hopefully my club Cork City will get the FIFA 2 on the pitch and add some quality to the squad. 2 new strikers would do nicely.

All about keeping in touch, start by beating Pats on Thursday night.

Rovers played well last night they lacked ability and tried to man mark Ndo, very entertaining game they started the 1st 20 with most of the possesion until Ndo skipped by 3 players and played in Anto murphy who finsihed well.

After that we started to dominate and created a few chances hitting the bar twice and rovers denied a clear peno and then given one for nothing (2nd player in week to miss in Richmond by hitting the post).

Overall Rovers worked hard and only when Purcell was on did they look like scoring (he scored) and their number 6 better give Joey a call or was it just a one night stand, did an okish job man marking him.

Some nasty incidents after the match but they were away from the ground so dont count  and the large group of rovers fans were defending themselves from the smaller group of pats fans at the pre arranged meeting place.

Top of the league and rumours of jason Byrne :D and Bobby Ryan :( and some polish u21 player signing for us

Cork,UCD and Drogs next 3 games, Cant see us stuffing Cork for a 3rd time, so come away with a point be nice then if we can beat UCD and drogs should finish the series off well for us.
