Perlico.. yes or no??

Im currently with Talk Talk they're good value when it comes to phone calls, but they don't provide bb, although they've been telling me for the past year they'll have it soon.:rolleyes:

So im thinking of switching to perlico to get the bb.

So have any of you people use/used perlico, are they any good??

It's eircom broadband. Perlico are just a retailler.

Perlico's customer service isn't great.

We setup Perlico 180 for flatrate 56K and they set our user name as our password and our password as the bill payers name.

Also when we switched from eircom they kept charging us on behalf of eircom for eircom flatrate which we canceled. They told us they had to charge us as eircom was charging them for it and we contacted comreg and eircom to get it sorted. Perlico weren't much help on the matter and just told us to ring eircom to get it sorted.

Other than that, no problems. As long as you don't have to talk to them too much its fine but I think its the same with all these providers. Communication companies are just crap at communicating.
