Digiweb traffic page problem?

It seems to be not working properly(http://mytraffic.digiweb.ie/), its asking for site code and username to 'verify my identity'! I put in wir number for site code and mac address for username, page takes ages to login and load but no stats are displayed! Anyone else having similar problems?
