Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Corrupt active desktop

    Guys some roaming profiles are becoming corrupt . Getting error message : "Internet Explorer cannot find the Active Desktop HTML file. This file is needed for your Active Desktop. To turn off Active Desktop, Click OK"

    It then gives an explorer type menu along the side.

    Any ideas, I've recreated the profiles and it fixes but its happening on a good few people. A quicker fix would be placing a non corrupt active desktop html file in the profile to fix this. .

    Anyone know what/where the html file is..
