Hey, sorry if this is posted in the wrong forum but I thought it might be particular interest to UCD students, especially if you're hanging around over the summer to do repeats or a thesis or whatever..

My house is available June-September, 3 bedrooms, suitable for 3 or 4 people, rent 1500..can be rented to a group or to separate individuals..its in Kilmacud so about 20 mins walk to UCD so would be handy if people want to stay up for the summer but dont have someplace to do it in..

Anyway if anyone's interested or knows anyone who might be then let me know..Id prefer students or someone I have even a vaguely loose internet connection to renting it so I dont have to worry too much!
