Copperfasten outbound disclaimer

For outbound email. Ive been trying to do a decent one up today by reusing other people tags by looking at the source in outlook emails. They never seem to come out right though. Then I tried to do one up in MS Word and that was a frickin mess! Anybody have a decent working template? Im willing to do abit of messing around myself then just to get it right.

Here's one from a Government Department that shall rename nameless. Should be fairly watertight, I'd imagine! And for good measure, should you be that way inclined, it's there in irish too.
