Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

XBOX Live - Failed

    Hi

I just bought a wireless adapter for my 360 and have having some difficulty.

On the 'Test Xbox Live Connection' I get everything confirmed except when it gets down to 'XboxLive' (the second last necessary confirmation) which states failed. The odd thing is that I used to run it from a wired connection and never had such issues.

It seems to me that its picking up the wireless connection fine, i.e. IP add, DNS, MTU, ICMP all ok, but there is something wrong with the actual connection into Live itself.

Does anyone have any ideas or come across this before? Really quite frustrating...especially since the Customer Support were so useless.

    TY

Try checking out this site. It deals exclusively with networking issues on the Xbox360.

Turn down your firewall to a lower setting and see if that helps :D

As Marky said, that'll be it. Change down to medium or low and it will go through. To do with NAT i think.
