Chef is a lot nicer, Heinz has too much of a sugary/sweet taste.

I used to prefer chef as a child but when I tried it recently it was disappointing. Did they change the receipe?

Heinz is better overall, but I think chef goes better with beef burgers.

Daddies is still available and aint bad either.

Chef is a muddled mess of a ketchup.
    Heinz is truely THE ketchup.

They have changed it, they have added garlic to the recipe, I stocked up on the old version but am down to my last bottle. The New Chef ketchup is revolting.

I just find Heinz too watery, I like a thick ketchup.

I think Heinz seems watery because of the squeezy bottles they come in.

If its in a glass bottle its better, but harder to extract.

Obviously this is a very divisive topic, you either like one or the other.
    I'm a big Chef fan.
In my opinion Heinz is too bland and far too thin in comaprison to Chef's textured flavour and thicker consistency.

    Glazers Out!

Heinz would be what I'd always have in the cupboard, but Chef's red sauce reminds me of being young so if I want a bit of comfort ketchup it's Chef's.

Same with their brown sauce.. It's so strange and tangy. It's lovely with old school chips from the chipper and again reminds me of being a kid..

    Heinz for every day use.

Chef's for a comfort ketchup fix.

Chefs red sauce is nice but it has a kinda salty taste. I like it sometimes but my everyday choice would defo be Heinz.

Brown sauce is Chef all the way. Or KP.

Heinz 9 times out of 10 but do get the odd craving for chef. I use to love chef when you could buy it in the glass jar, it just doesn't taste the same out of the bottle.
