New Mobo, Cpu and ram

So I fried my processor and now I need to replace. At the moment I have a asus
board, a amd 3500+ and two gigs of ram.

I want to go dual core(not fussy amd or intel). My question is what Mobo, cpu and ram could I get for €400-€450.
Maybe I need a sound card too. Mine was built in.

Yep, that spec will do you fine. And akaik the mobo has built in 5.1 audio.

saves you abt 30 euros and is faster ram, nicer processor and a good stable oc board

e6320 is a nicer processor? Wacked stick with the spec in your original post - it should do nicely

sorry i taught it would be childs play to overclock the e6320 to 2.7 or so? it takes almost no effort , the ram is faster and the board is better quality?
