i think if you just go through the members list, so many have 0 posts, send an email to everyone telling them they have to log in in the next 30 days or their account will be deleted?

Think about it logically, irrelavent of technical background, how could Idle accounts that don't do anything take up any resources. You've a txt file on your hard drive. It's massive, but never accessed. How much slower do you think Firefox runs as a result?

sorry, im not very technical, no need to delete the accounts then!! on the plus, if boards are looking for advertising, they can say they have 100,000 users, even if some arent used!!
