    It should be ok. It's passed all stages in the oireachtas, it'll be signed into law once the president comes back from her US trip.

    Just because the dail's been disolved doesn't mean that any legislation that's already passed all stages will go on hold. In fact, even legislation that's in the Seanad can still pass through as the Seanad is not disolved and still functioning. Only the dail is 'out of service'.

    The only problem would be if the Seanad were to refer it back to the dail, which is unlikely at this stage.
