Opel Vectra Steering

Hi all, Having a slight problem with the steering on my 2003 Opel Vectra. I presume it's just that the steering fluid is low. However checking the steering fluid doesn't seem to be the easiest. It looks like the bumper has to come off to get at it. Anyone shed any light on it for me. Cheers!

Have the workshop manual for one of these but got a new laptop and haven't put it on - will have a look for it and see if i can dig out the relevant section for you...
