Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

PDF printing garbage on 4350

    Hi Folks,

We are having some trouble printing PDF documents. When we view the PDF it looks fine. When we print it the first time it either prints 3 or 4 pages and then bombs out, or the printout will have square characters instead of the data. But if we print it a second time it prints out fine. Any ideas why this might be happening? We are printing out on HP4350's.

    Thanks.

Are you sure that your using the right driver?

The drivers seem to be fine. Would it be a driver problem when it prints out fine the second time?

    Try reinstalling the driver anyway.

in the later versions of acrobat reader there is an option in advanced to print as graphic

    also try foxit reader too

    printer driver -
check if you are using raster or vector
check if you are using PCL5e / PCL6

check if you are sending fonts as bitmaps in graphics / memory usage

    Hi capt'n

We are using the HP Laserjet 4300 PS driver. Can you tell me where I can check if we are using rastor or vector?

We had the issue again yesterday. First time printing, problem happened. Second time we sent it to print it worked and printed out fine.
