Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

Simple question really. Recently got Eircom 1mb bb and wondering will it be good enough for xbox live? Obviously don't want to spend the money if its going to lag alot etc.

    Thanks

That speed will be fine for Xbox Live. You also have to remember that your upload speed is more important when it comes to Xbox Live.

I used to play on Xbox Live with a 512MB connection and got no lag at all. :)

I have a 2 meg connection with eircom and its fine but I cant host games like GOW

I was wondering if upgrading to 3 meg would be worth it?

I have to use a wireless adapter too as the connection is in my kitchen and my bedroom is 2 stpries up!

    I think Im doomed.

Or I can hardwire it in below in the kitchen.

you would probably get a better response in on of the tech forums. having said that I would guess that its something in your router. But without more details it's impossible to tell.
