Just who exactly determines this? It's a complete farce.
For example I have Tevez in my team the last 5 games, he's yet to get a single bonus pt for me - despite starring in 4 of the 5 games.

On Saturday against Wigan he absolutely ran the show yet the bonus points were as follows:

Zamora - 3
Harewood?! - 2. (on the pitch for 23 mins)
Boa Morte - 1.

Ah, anyway I'm just ranting because I'm currently in 2nd place in our league 45 points now behind the leader....so, I'm desperate for every point:D

It used to be judged by the Opta index people but this year it has seemed to be ambiguous whether there even are bonus points or how they're allocated as far as I could see.

It actually used to be the Actim Index that decided the bonus points last year but this year they've decided to go with the following...

Player performance is assessed by Press Association analysts, all of whom are ex-professional footballers, who attend each match. This assessment takes into account the quality of a player's overall performance and their contribution to the match result.
