    Haha. Somebody has messed up and got their fingers burned on the property market. No rental market in Newbridge. Why are you trying to offer accomadtion to students in Maynooth out in Newbridge. Its 30 miles away!

    Is Newbridge really 30 miles from Maynooth? Always thought it was nearer than that.

    Newbridge is a decent journey away. Its probably closer in time terms wiht the new motorways but stil a decent half hour away at the very leats. No student would ever commute that distant unless their parents live there.

    They've built lots of dump apts. there and people have been stung buying them and trying to rent them out as its a nothing area. No colleges or jobs to speak of.
