This is the message I get whenever I try to access boards from home (atm home being in New Jersey). It works grand in work, but whenever I am at home, I get this message before trying to log in or anything, I can't view any pages. The error says to PM an admin, but I have tried that already with no response and can't see how it's the proper protocol as the admins would be over burdened. I have tried a few different open networks, and my own but they all result in the same error. I can get to boards.us and all of those just fine.

The only thing I can think of is that there is some setting screwed up on my machine, maybe a proxy setting or that there is a blanket ban on some IPs and that's covered in my area but I'm not sure.

    Any ideas?

    Perhaps, so have Spammers.

Using open networks to access boards is not a good idea. Lots of ****heads use open networks to flood us with porn spam, so they get nailed.

Indeed, being an open network known to be known of is enough to get an IP banned.

If your home account is not open, please give the IP details and we can see about unbanning it.
