engine swap. is it possible?/

guys i need to do an engine swap on a 98 fiesta. my fiests is a 1.25 zetec and i saw a 96 for sale with bad body damage but the engine is allegedly ok. do you recokn these are compatible. the body, clutch and everything else on the 98 is fine just needs an engine coz i was dumb enough to seize the engine on it.

If the 1996 one has the 1.25 engine there should be no drama.
