    anywhere in waterford that sells homebrew equipment?for beer cider wine etc. i think favourite is closed for good :(

    Prolly ordering it online is your best bet. The English seem to be much bigger into it than us. I did quite a bit in my college days though.

    Years ago Easons in Dublin had a good stock of home brew gear ,but not now .

    There's a shop on the Quay called "Favourite". It's a Home Brewing Centre so it should have everything you need.

    The opening hours of the Favourite can be a bit hit and miss. In saying that, It's been a few months since I was there, but being closed on a bank holiday Monday is hardly a definitive answer.
    Try ringing if he's still not open. He's very accomodating. I had his mobile no. at home somewhere. If you have no luck I'll see can I dig it out.

    Otherwise, for homebrew, there's a few Irish based on-line shops. There's a sticky in the Beer forum.
