It is understandable why every single one of those consoles is in that list. Many people hold the Saturn in high regard but you really need a japanese console to get the most out of it since very few great games made it outside japan. Poor marketing also sealed it's fate.
The Turbogrfx 16 was a fine console but again Hudson didn't port over many of it's superb shmups and RPGs from japan leaving the console poorly supported. The Sega advertising of the Megadrive was also highly effective and completely blew away the TG-16.
The Dreamcast is really the only console on that list that doesn't deserve to be there. It was a fantastic and really powerful piece of hardware with the best launch line up ever. For the short while it was with us it delivered some of the best games ever and had a library that was easily better than the PS2's while it was still in production. It gave us a lot of innovations, especially for us europeans. It was the first consoles with huge support for it's online functions, it gave us europeans 60Hz games and sega really made an effort to bring every game to the west. There are very few DC games that are japanese only and even europe was the only western territory to get Shenmue 2 and Headhunter. Segas marketing just plain sucked. Those 2 billion players ads were awful. If they had just shown clips of Soul Calibur they would have sold an awful lot more especially since the PS2 had nothing that could match it visually for years.
