    Shouldnt have to purchase it. The states will provide it for free for anyone in Europe.

    Why not? Maybe the Yanks will throw in a few of those X-Wing fighters which we can use to shoot down the plane loads of terrorists posing as immigrants.

    The country doesn't have to buy it, I've got a system that'll do grand in my shed that I built last summer but never got around to using. Sure if it's for the good of the country I'll donate it. The elastic bands might need replacing though, I think some of them have perished.
