The fourth (don't think anyone on eurogamer has it yet) is on the building below the gherkin, just above the slightly lighter ledge, its not actually a light

Thats just evil, each of the three symbols is different

I do have it flashing brighter and darker quicker than normal. Dunno if that means anything.

I'm feeling a bit slow today: what's the connection between the article and the flash game?

I assume people noticed the lines are all anagrams of each other.
Looks like there's some stuff written in french, german and possibly thai on the picture as well.
Unfortunately my thai is a bit rusty.

The anagram is the url for the flash game, it was the first puzzle.

Rhyme

Four symbols, four corners, you can rotate the symbols.

A quick whois.sc search brought up some information and googling bits of the info (namely 'DARKDEMONSCRYGAIA') gave out a reference to Anarchy Online.

EDIT:it seems a person in the comments on Eurogamer did similar and got the same results.

Double EDIT: One of each of the symbols is different.

If you reload the page, you'll notice that the locations you click on appear slightly after the picture. That should help you find them

The positions are:
Top left Sword and shrubs
Top right Locust thing
Bottom left snake being eaten
bottom right snake and arrow things

with that combination it flashes quicker, dunno about the rotations.

heh, these guys are hilarious. They go into crazy theories about the meaning of the note and miss the blindingly obvious. They had the clues a lot longer than the eurogamer lot, and still couldn't work it out.
