Afaik there are only two thai channels beaming into nw europe. On Hotbird: Thai TV Global network and Dhamma Media channel. For hotbird you'll need a70cm dish and a FreeToAir receiver (Sky digibox not recommended)
No Cambodian channels, though.:(
