Alternative Broadband suppliers/methods

Friend of mine wants broadband, but is totally unwilling to get either a phone line installed or a dish on the roof of their perfect new house!! :rolleyes: Apart from NTL and Irish Broadband Ripwave, does anybody know of any other providers (in the Bray area) that would fit the criteria?
