Well the DT228 papers are only available from the exam office for €3 per year. Scroungy bastards. It wouldn't hurt any of them to put them online.

Count yourself lucky. For my final year exams in January, the exam office didn't have last year's exams (the only previous year) ready yet at all and they weren't in the library either.
