    Strange timing for this move, after Rays sudden 3 week "holiday". Not sure how Mairead moving to the Ian Dempsey show could be "kid related" - she'll need to be in work for 6am.

    Looks to me like management taking action on the back of the JNLRs and actually listening to the show.

    Mairead probably went to management begging for a switch. Ray would take the huffs if she drove to work. Anything other than running wont do.

    I think Alison Curtis is great :-) I used to listen to her on Phantom FM about 15 years ago, and also loved her Today FM show a few years back.

    Although she is more suited to a music - driven alternative type show rather than the talking b°llocks in the morning type thing she's doing now.

    Ah but, she is flippin lovely though :-P

    Switched on a while ago expecting an hour long tribute to mairead farrell including her best bits from the last 10 years on her last day on the show and no such thing!
