    I'm thinking of giving landscape gardening a go. as a job.

    any advice?

    The Botanic Gardens runs a horticulture course which is the standard training for this. Very good course.

    Have you any past experience?

    I would start (if you weren't going to go down the qualification route) getting a job with an existing company.
    Now is the time to start looking for a job - the summer is coming and people want their gardens done!

    Are you looking to do design or the grunt work?
