Finding a place in Vancouver

    Hello,
    I am looking for ideas for finding accommodation for 5 people in vancouver from the second week in june till teh end of August.
    I have been trying frat houses since february and there is definitely nothing there,
    I have spent hours on craigslist.com contacting anyone who is renting a 2br+ house/apartment. I have been sending them all rent references which I have, and only mentioned 4 of us.
    I have done the same from vancouver papers and rang up the people personnaly.
    I can not believe it is proving so difficult and need ideas from anyone as I have exams starting soon and wont have time for this...

    Having similar problems here, there is six of us and we keep getting told they've gone with someone else at the last moment.
