I'm about to apply for an Australian work holiday visa. I've a (very minor) conviction for something a few years ago (possession) and I was fined 150eur. That's the extent of my criminal career to date. Do you know of anybody who has been refused a work holiday visa to Australia or been given one despite having a conviction?

The chances of them checking are fairly slim with the numbers going over there but on the other hand if I don't put it down, and they do check, then they will definitely refuse it.
