Fraont Door threshold

Hi, I just got a larger than normal size front door made up(wood). It was delivered when i found out that there is no threshold with it. Hence i when it is shut it will not seal properly, leaving in drafts, rain etc.. The manufacturer is now avoiding my calls, and i cannot seem to find anyone who does larger than usual…

Any ideas?

Did the person who made the door, measure the opening themselves?
