Hi, Iam trying to rent a summer house in Canada. The landlord has told me that he will only accept a canadian money order. Is it possible to get one from an Irish bank(AIB)? Can you tell me what exactly it is and what information I will need to get one, it is for CAD2000. Thank you.

Have not done this for Canada.

What I would tend to do in this situation is to get my bank to wire the money to his bank in Canada. I do not know what they call the procedure. I think it is called something like an electronic transfer of funds and is usually acceptable to most people.
