Flying via Amsterdam airport next week and the have the above unit for €279 with maps of Western Europe. Don't know anything about this unit or the maps installed - would you purchase? Eoin

I bought this unit in Halfords in Liffey Valley two weeks ago for 299 euro.
On the same day Halfords in Naas wanted 345 euro for it - they told me 299 was a special offer which was now over. Harvey Normans also in Naas wanted 299 euro for the GB - IRL (Regional/Teleatlas) version.Not sure what the story is in Cork??
But for the sake of 20 euros it is easier to go back to Halfords than head to Schippol if something goes wrong.
