Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Microsoft Word Mail Merge printing problem

Is this the right forum for this problem? Whocantell?

Anyway, I've set up a Mail Merge, I've used Excel as the data source and I want to print envelopes (paper Size C5).

So, the merge looks fine onscreen, I preview the addresses and they all look great, correct font style and size, I complete the merge to a new document and I see 67 pages (C5 paper size) with all the names and addresses I need.

Here is my problem. When I try to print the envelopes, the printer pauses for a second, takes the envelope in and then proceeds to put it through the printer without printing anything on it! There is plenty of toner and all other regular text documents are printing fine so I'm wondering if it is a field code recognition problem?
The printer is a HP Laserjet 2200dn.

    Any ideas?
