So I guess we all drink tea or coffee here.

But what do we add to our preferred drink to make the perfect hot beverage?

With tea, I'm hardcore. I drink it black, no sugar.

Coffee, black with sugar (demarera). That applies to french press or espresso.

I clicked other, to mean nothing.
On occasion, i go the complete opposite route, and get a mocha frappe, with whipped cream, syrup, sprinkles etc.

    No middle ground for me.

    Nothing
    strong tea, loads of milk

I add a tiny smidgen of salt to coffee in the moka, maybe an 8th of a gramme to make a mug of coffee. Hides the bitterness and brings the flavour out.
    you can't taste any saltiness

Usually no sugar and a bit of cold milk, but sometimes brown sugar and no milk.

But what do we add to our preferred drink to make the perfect hot beverage?.

Coffee: Grumpy Mule Guatemala Pocola made with water filtered with a Berkey Water Filter and temperature controlled kettle heated to 90 deg C, prepared using a french press for 5 minutes

Add in: Dash goats milk, 30g goats butter, 20ml MCT oil, sprinkle of organic vanilla, ceylon connamon and cacao powder... plus usually 10x stevia microtabs and approx 2g of organic ginger fresh peeled.

Blended in blender to serve approx 500ml of my variant of bulletproof coffee. Tastes like chai latte... rocketfuel for the mind. This is my breakfast each day.

Tea: 12 year old organic puerh brewed for 10+ minutes on filtered 90 deg c water in glass tea pot served with sprinkle of vanilla and dash goats milk. Normal tea does not compare.

    Other teas:
    - Fresh organic mint plus long jing (green tea)
    - Organic yerba matte, sometimes with honey & hibiscus
    - Tulsi tea

(This is the short answer, omitting such wonders as white tea brewed over fire & many variants of oolong, matcha, honeybush & roibus)
