Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Is the 3 to 3 free calls add on only available on the newer tarrifs? I'm on the talk & text 100 tarrif and I don't have an option to add it. If I change to the newer structures will I get this?

    I know I could call them and ask but I really don't want to deal with their customer "care". Good network, bad customer service.

    IMO you need to switch to newer tariffs to avail of this offer.

    You do, I got worried and decided to call them and they say it is only an option on their newer plans.
