Has anyone else read this book? I highly recommend it, it's basically a celebration AND lampooning of the male obsession with war as a game. Much of the book is based around a wry view of the authors chosen past time of war gaming but if you grew up playing with airfix soldiers, action men, building model kits, reading…

I'll definitely have a look out for this. I used to have a huge collection of Airfix soldiers and Commando comics when I was a kid.
