Kellys in Roslare what coffee do they serve

Hi, I stayed in Kellys Hotel in Roslare a few month ago and one of the things that really impressed me was their coffee. It tasted very rich, smooth and fresh. It was easily the best coffee I have ever tasted. I would love to know what beans they used and how they brewed it. I know it is unlikely anybody here will work…

This may seem like stating the obvious, but have you tried ringing them to ask? Most establishments would be more than happy to answer such a question, especially as you're essentially complimenting them on their fine choice of coffee.
