clearwire and debt collection agency issues

Is it Intrum Justitia by any chance? They are a notorious shower of cowboys and will have goons banging on your door soon. If Clearwire have sold the debt on to them then you'll need to get a hold of somene in Clearwire to sort it out, IJ will continue to come after you until the company that hired them says otherwise.

I just sent back my modem there last Friday. Fingers crossed.

FWIW, Clearwire is the worst internet service I have ever experienced. And I used dial-up for years.

It might be advisable to get some serious legal advice as that's a pretty drastic mistake to make. I'd have a word with your solicitor.
