Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

A new guy at work is trying to sync his blackberry with outlook, but it's not working.

The error message that's coming up says 'No Outlook or MS Exchange folder appears to be configured' - but I suspect that's because it can't find the .pst which is in a non-default folder.

In the intellisync software configuration bit, I can't find anywhere to point intellisync at the new folder location. Where should I be looking?
