Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Big match.

Draw would suit most teams in the league.

    Including pats

Seriously would take a draw with Ndo Mulcahy Murphy Kirby Foley2 all out.

Team (if all doubts are out)
    Barry
    Paisley Dara C Foley Ffrost
    O Connor Fahey Brennan Guy
    Quigley O'neil

Drogheda have better players than us and more of them.

    0-0 at half time.

Mostly its Drogheda taking the game to Pats.

    Different story second half.

1-0 Colm Foley with a bullit header.

Damien Lynch is awful for Drogheda.

And the award for the most negative supporter of his own team goes to.........
Thats about the 5th time this season you've written off Pats chances before a game. Are you their mananger or something?

Drogheda totally dominated the first half, Pat's created absolutely nothing. Whatever Johnny Mac said at half time worked, as the second half was more even. Pat's need to sign a striker though; they looked as if the only way they'd score would be from a set piece, and indeed it came.

When you have 19 players and 5 injured up against the "champs" you get realisitic, 1st half they were well on top but their brand of football is dire to watch but effective. They should have got more shots in as Zayed was raping maguire.

2nd half we used our width to great effect even tho we had noone to cross too we still created chances from passing the ball, Foleys goal was unstoppable and deserved, they have better players than us the 3 subs they made proved that but we earned that win and Kirby and ndo back on friday :)

    top of the league :D

dont talk to us about missing players

    dan connor
    jason gavin
    simon webb
    richie baker
    shane barret
    declan o brien

thats 6 players that would more than likely be 1st choice and then we are more of the squad players.

You brought on Gavin Whelan, Paul Keegan and Tony Grant to replace Bradley Cahill and Fitzpatrick!!!!

Must be terrible having to put up with those players

Edit Cahill went off injured for Drogs :|

We should have got a peno when gartland handled, gave frees for nothing and didnt book players when he should have, played advantage when it suited him rather than the team in possesion, overall normal ****e game for Hancock. Dont think anyone gained anything from his dodginess. He was equally bad for both.

There were about 30 Rovers fans outside at the church, they were obviously:

    1)Lost after a plane crash.
2)Provoked out their bed in their jammies.
    3)Attacked by drogs fans.
4)Cant think of anymore bull**** excuses.........

Police had them covered from what i seen.

I was in Mc D with drogs fans before the game, stood on the camac beside the toilet for 1st half have never seen anything that even remotley resembles trouble with drogs fans, altho 1 was thrown out as he could barely stand :D

there never really is trouble with the drogs fans away, at home there is a few egits that dont even be at the match trying to cause trouble outside.
