Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

I got my UPS labels from Xbox support. They emailed them to me but the links to find a UPS place to drop it off are all in London. I found the UPS depot's here in Ireland but I am worried that I am in the system as being in London. Is this the case with all Irish Xbox returns or did they **** up my location? I reckon it should get sent fine but I am worried it might not get sent back to Ireland.

The label has a big GBR written on it.

    Thanks,

Ring UPS and they will collect it at your house and they will return it to your house.

The last time mine was sent off my name was spelt wrong and they were missing the town off the address (so name, estate, county) but it still got back!

Did you confirm they have the correct address for you on file? When I rang about our faulty one (long time ago now), most of the address was fine like the street, house number, county, but then the country was wrong for some reason.

Thanks guys. I rang UPS. They are on their way to pick it up. M$ support had me waiting ages so I gave up. I plastered the box with my details so there is no excuse for it to go astray.
