NTL DNS Settings

    Does anyone know the DNS server IP's for NTL?

    I made the silly mistake of powering off my Cable Modem and now DHCP is not giving me any DNS settings.

    I dont know them, but you could use these, I do, saves hassle.

    Thanks for responses.

    OpenDNS looks cool, I will give it a spin, some nice features.

    I was trying to find the DNS IP's on the site ntl.ie, which is next to useless, didn't know about ntlworld.ie.

    I rang Tech support and got through to customer services who didn't know what DNS was, luckily a techie rang me back and told me there was general outage problems Lucan today.

    Cable TV has been on/off all day and internet was down from mid morning till late afternoon and also for a couple of hours earlier this evening.

    Been O.K. for last couple of hours.
