First Active Elevator 6%?

I have heard from a couple of people that First Active are offering (on a radio ad) an Elevator Account for SSIAs paying 6%. I haven't been able to find any reference to it on the net though - lots of other info but no 6%. Have I been misinformed or does anyone know anything about it?
