    As an emcee, DJ, producer and CEO of his aptly named company Triple Threat Productions, J-Live's music has been a staple of inspiration for listeners of underground hip hop from New York to Cali and around the world. His discography spans over 10 years and includes three full length albums (The Best Part, All of the Above and The Hear After) as well as one EP (Always Will Be) a collection of earlier singles (Always Has Been) and countless guest appearances and features. In support of these records J-Live has toured around the country as well as Canada, the UK, Europe, Japan, and Australia.

    Since he burst on the scene in 1995, J-Live has always been held in the highest regard as an underground MC who does not compromise his principles to sell a record. Fantastic releases like Braggin' Writes, Hush The Crowd, Them That’s Not, A Charmed Life highlight his pedigree as the ultimate wordsmith and story teller in the Slick Rick style of delivery. He has dropped 3 Lp’s The Best Part, All Of The Above, The Hear After to critical acclaim and has also released several mixtapes showcasing his DJ skills. A primary school teacher and father in the daytime, J-live represents all that is positive in Hip Hop. Notorious for his live shows (Dj & Mcing at the same time), J-Live returns to Dublin to showcase his new LP and play some of his classics. The gig follows on from our Big Daddy Kane and Marva Whitney shows.
