Tell me about the sports emporium(betchronicle)

    I see there's a casino in dublin called the sports emporium which is meant to be pretty plush. But what really catches my eye is that the bookie on the downstairs allows betting and laying. I think that betting in-running with the aid of SIS could be REALLY profitable.

    If they do allow betting inrunning, who is it against? Do they allow you access betfair or do they just allow you access some other crappy market?

    why not just go into a bookie with a mobile and sit their for the day?

    BetChronicle allows you to lay? Their website only allow you to back and even then its just the Betfair market plus their overround.

    Dermot Desmond owns the Emporium so would say its betdaq. Im told the commision is massive but havent used it.

    Yes there is a big charge on using the facilities which makes it pretty unprofitable

    Good suggestion Chucky, but i think betfair mobile costs a packet.

    Aye, it's betdaq prices minus a bit. Plus, the amount you can get on corresponds to the amount available on the exchange. Not sure if anyone's ever tried any dirty tricks? ;)

    can;t understand why some indepentent does;nt put in 5 or 6 pc;s in a back room,charge 30 a day.tax free 1k at least a week.theres at least 10 exchange shops in england,some with 18 seats and none in ireland.:confused:

    Yeah there was talk of a trading room being set up in Waterford but I don't think anything ever became of it to be honest.

    where can i find the terms and conditions for the commission ?

    have scoured the homwpage and still cann'e find anything.
